Hi! Welcome to my Blog page! Here you will learn a little bit more about me and exciting upcoming events. I want to share with you why I am so passionate about our health and wellness.
My personal fitness journey began in the beginning stages of COVID. I had been struggling with my overall health after a serious car accident that happened a few years prior in my early 20’s. I had lost my meaning and purpose in life as I saw my peers continue to live as I suffered internally and physically. I had no idea the after effects of a traumatic experience, especially with myself as I had been a physical athlete my entire life up until that point. After years of trial and many errors, I eventually found the strength to come back. I was beyond grateful for those who came into my life and helped me out of the hole I had been trapped in. I obtained a lot of good overall health & wellness knowledge on how our brain handles certain experiences in our life. Today I am bringing that knowledge into my personal training business where I am an advocate for both our physical and mental health. It is extremely important we nurture both areas so we can be better versions of ourselves each day. We can learn from our losses and comeback stronger!
